摘要

随着数字时代的快速发展,社会需要根据市场需求的变化对软件人才的培养方案进行优化。但在现实中,软件人才的能力评价体系在企业招聘、行业标准、工程认证、高校人才培养方案等方面存在较大差异,这使得高校在制定人才培养方案时难以快速、准确地评估软件人才的能力差异。本文深入研究了软件人才知识领域的国际标准、软件专业的工程认证以及就业市场中软件人才能力评价体系的异同,探索建立了统一的软件人才知识能力体系,并进一步建立了统一的软件人才知识(能力)结构模型。从而为高校软件人才培养方案的优化奠定良好的基础,使高校能够进一步提高软件本科培养的质量,更好地满足市场的需求。
