The objective of the review was to explore how effects of ICT use on social participation.\n\nParticipants and Methods: The studies included in this literature review were searched in three databases: PubMed®, MEDLINE with Full Text, CINAHL® with Full Text, Educational Resource Information Center, eBook Collection (ERIC). 摘要
目的:随着人口老龄化,信息和通信技术(ICT)基础设施和教育系统的发展正在引起人们的注意,以维持老年人的社会网络。审查的目的是探讨信息通信技术的使用对社会参与的影响。研究对象和方法:本文献综述纳入的研究在PubMed®、MEDLINE with全文、CINAHL®with全文、Educational Resource Information Center、eBook Collection (ERIC)三个数据库中检索。研究人员用“老年人”、“信息和通信技术”、“互联网”、“信息素养”、“社交网络”和“社会参与”等词搜索英语文章。结果:共有22篇论文符合纳入标准,结果有四方面,表明:(i)更多的研究关注互联网技术、社交网络、数字健康的使用(ii);社会参与通过ICT使用、孤独感、社会网络、社会人口学进行评估;(iii)使用资讯及通讯科技的技术与长者的成长背景有关;(iv)提高设备的可操作性有助于提高ICT的接受度。结论:研究结果表明,有必要研究新的创新技术形式和信息通信技术使用的意义,强调学习信息通信技术使用技能作为鼓励老年人社会参与的一种方式的重要性。关键词:信息通信技术,老年人,社会参与
