However, with current technology, renewable energy is still not able to completely replace fossil energy forms. Therefore, ensuring economic factors while still meeting environmental factors is always a difficult problem. In this paper, we focus on using the Symbiotic Organisms Search Algorithm (SOS) algorithm as an effective new method to solve the problems of economic regulation of emissions. To evaluate the effectiveness of the proposed algorithms, we use this algorithm to solve problems of 5-diesel generator system; 10 diesel generators maintained for 3 weeks and IEEE 30 bus power system with wind turbines.
