Therefore, it is essential to understand the behavior of the antenna in the coupling medium. In this paper, a sleeve monopole antenna with a top load is taken to cover the frequency band from 500 MHz to 3000 MHz. Corn syrup as a coupling media is used to achieve best matching with the real tissue. The proposed antenna is simulated in coupling media and results are presented in comparison with that of free space with the help of High Frequency Structure Simulator (HFSS).
