The questionnaire was based on hysteresis model's variables (Attractiveness, zone of tolerance) and effect. Psychometric properties of the scale (such as reliability) were tested.Findings - the hysteresis model presented here and the results of the study reveal the integrity of staff, security of account information and accuracy in operations as the most important factors in retail banking.Research limitations/implications - first the sample of the study is small and is limited to the Melli bank customers. Second, the number of factors which were investigated are low.Originality/value - it has not been conducted any empirical research using hysteresis model to see whether it replicates previous researches. 摘要

目的:以往对零售银行服务质量和客户满意度的研究,由于观点偏颇,应用范围有限。事实上,管理者在决策过程中需要全面的客户信息。根据部分信息做出的决定有一点可靠性。本研究试图对服务质量与顾客满意的关系进行全面的探讨。设计/方法/方法-研究样本包括位于伊朗首都德黑兰的伊朗Melli银行客户。问卷是基于滞后模型的变量(吸引力,容忍区)和效果。测试了量表的心理测量特性(如信度)。研究结果-本文提出的滞后模型和研究结果显示,员工的诚信,账户信息的安全性和操作的准确性是零售银行业务中最重要的因素。研究局限性/影响-首先,研究的样本很小,仅限于Melli银行的客户。其次,被调查的因素数量较少。原创性/价值——没有使用迟滞模型进行任何实证研究,看看它是否复制了以前的研究。这项研究是必要的、有用的和相关的,因为;研究的重点是服务质量,对服务质量进行了全面的探讨(滞后模型)。
