摘要

为了开发藻类原位荧光自动分析仪,利用中国沿海海域常见藻类的12个激发波长(400nm、430nm、450nm、460nm、470nm、480nm、490nm、510,525,550,570和590 nm)组成的体内叶绿素荧光激发光谱,建立多元线性回归模型,建立浮游植物种群判别技术。线性回归模型采用非负最小二乘法求解。对一些样本进行了测试。对79份单分裂藻类样品,96%的样品准确鉴别,回收率在68%以上,85%的样品回收率在80%以上。对17份混分裂藻样品,精密度为76%,回收率在74%以上。
