The effectiveness of this method was verified by simulations based on the optical models built in a optical design software. 摘要

提出了一种直接补偿大PV值低阶像差的方法。其中,利用射线矩阵法推导了光学布局参数与输出像差系数之间的关系。然后,利用方程计算出的平差参数来改变光学布局参数,补偿低阶像差和散焦。利用光学设计软件建立的光学模型进行仿真,验证了该方法的有效性。结果表明,直接法可以将低阶像差精确补偿到0.5λ以下。
