As COVID-19 has altered the normal performance of work functions, this study focuses on the effects of stress on the performance of remote work employees who were the target sample for this study (n=175). The sample was chosen by convenience sampling and the data were tested and analyzed using SPSS. The results suggest that job stress negatively impacts employee performance and job crafting positively moderates this relationship in remote workers. Furthermore, the results generate valuable insights into the efficacy of job crafting to counter the effects of stress, particularly on employees’ task performance. 摘要

随着竞争的加剧,员工表现更好的压力也在增加,从而导致工作压力。这种无法控制的压力会影响员工的幸福感,导致工作表现受阻,工作质量下降。因此,工作压力和绩效是重要的研究课题。本研究的主要目的是探讨工作压力对员工绩效的影响以及工作制作的调节作用。由于COVID-19改变了工作职能的正常表现,因此本研究重点关注压力对远程工作员工绩效的影响,这些员工是本研究的目标样本(n=175)。采用方便抽样法选取样本,采用SPSS软件对数据进行检验分析。研究结果表明,工作压力对员工绩效有负向影响,而工作制作对远程工作者的绩效有正向调节作用。此外,研究结果还为我们提供了有价值的见解,让我们了解到工作制作在对抗压力影响方面的有效性,尤其是对员工任务绩效的影响。关键词:工作压力,员工绩效,任务绩效,工作制作,远程办公员工。
