摘要

本研究旨在探讨:(1)工作量和工作动机对工作满意度的影响,(2)工作量对工作动机的影响,(3)工作量对工作满意度的影响,(4)工作动机对工作满意度的影响。使用的研究设计是定量因果关系。本研究的对象是Singaraja二级监狱的保安人员,本研究的对象是工作量、工作动机和工作满意度。这项研究的调查对象是35人。采用问卷调查法收集数据,并采用通径分析法进行分析。研究结果表明:(1)工作量和工作动机对工作满意度有显著影响;(2)工作量对工作动机有负向影响;(3)工作量对工作满意度有负向影响;(4)工作动机对工作满意度有显著影响。对工作的满意度是积极的。
