摘要

本文提出了两种具有连续输入电流和间断输入电流的增强型升压逆变器。在传统的连续输入电流开关电感准z源逆变器(cSL-qZSI)中采用两种不同的开关电感结构,可以提高逆变器在小占空比下的交流输出电压增益。此外,针对所提出的拓扑结构,提出了一种具有高升压能力的脉宽调制(PWM)技术。与简单的升压(SBC) PWM技术相比,该技术的优点是具有更高的电压增益和更高的调制指数。本文计算了所提拓扑结构的控制关系,并利用所提PWM技术在PSCAD/EMTDC上对所提逆变器进行了仿真,验证了所提拓扑结构的优越性。
