We propose a way to apply knowledge management to educational material co-creating processes, which will manage the contributions made and activities generated during the process. We present a two-perspectives approach for managing the participants' contributions within the process and its activities. The first is a theoretical model demonstrating how to capture and store the knowledge gained (i.e. contributions and activities) from the co-creation process itself for future use, and the second is a technological perspective which uses information technologies to support the educational material co-creating process.
