As an important equipment in the power gird, the running reliability of transformer are directly affect the accuracy of power grid monitoring data. As for the abnormal heating of transformer, analyzed the internal structure of current transformer and voltage transformer, discussed the common faults and causes, which combined with the application of infrared thermometric technology. The abnormal heating fault of transformer are researched and summarized such as the poor internal contact, increased dielectric loss and abnormal secondary connection terminals, etc. The abnormal heating reason are analyzed according to the related testing data, and give out the processing scheme. 摘要

为了实现对电气设备运行状态的诊断和分析,提高检测技术水平,红外测温技术已成为电气设备状态维护和评估的重要手段。变压器作为电网中的重要设备,其运行的可靠性直接影响到电网监测数据的准确性。针对变压器的异常发热问题,结合红外测温技术的应用,分析了电流互感器和电压互感器的内部结构,讨论了常见故障及其原因。对变压器内部接触不良、介质损耗增大、二次连接端子异常等发热异常故障进行了研究和总结。根据相关试验数据,分析了发热异常的原因,并给出了处理方案。建立了相应的故障,为变压器异常发热故障的原因和类型提供了参考。
