Nihongo Kotoba Shiken: A Computerized Exam of Japanese Lexical Proficiency

For the language teacher, teaching involves the constant elaboration, application and correction of knowledge assessment tests. In this context, the use of computerized tests has helped to evaluate the learning of several foreign languages, including the Japanese Language. This work deals with the theme of assessment of lexical knowledge in the Japanese Language, addressing how "computers" can automate this activity. As a result of this work, a computerized exam to evaluate the knowledge of the Japanese Language vocabulary is presented, which automates the processes of elaboration, application and correction of tests of lexical knowledge of the language.
