The proposed method models the bonus tolerances as additional constraints of torsor parameters when the effects of material conditions are taken into account, then these torsors with additional constraints are integrated into the Unified Jacobian-Torsor model to achieve the statistical tolerance analysis by combining Monte Carlo simulation. 摘要

材料条件的应用对提高机械零件的互换性,降低制造成本具有重要意义。针对目前公差分析中很少考虑材料条件的问题,提出了一种考虑材料条件影响的统计公差分析方法。该方法在考虑材料条件影响的情况下,将附加公差作为变形量参数的附加约束进行建模,然后将附加约束的变形量整合到统一雅可比-变形量模型中,结合蒙特卡罗仿真实现统计公差分析。最后,通过齿轮总成的算例验证了该方法的可行性和有效性。
