In view of the fact that material conditions are seldom considered in the current tolerance analysis, a statistical tolerance analysis method taking the effects of material conditions into account is presented in this paper. The proposed method models the bonus tolerances as additional constraints of torsor parameters when the effects of material conditions are taken into account, then these torsors with additional constraints are integrated into the Unified Jacobian-Torsor model to achieve the statistical tolerance analysis by combining Monte Carlo simulation.
