摘要

随着大型风电场并网,电力系统的稳定性问题日益成为人们关注的热点问题。但是系统的预测方法和开发还不够完善。在此基础上,提出了风电场功率预测系统的体系结构,并对系统中各个模块的功能进行了阐述。设计了风电场功率预测系统的类图和基于BP的预测方法。最后,系统的应用是基于JAVA的。结果表明,基于JAVA技术的预测模型是可行和有效的。
