As the liberal transformation of healthcare in Russia is realized, the professional motivations manufacturers of medical services change, more than 70% of which indicate an unfair treatment of patients by them, as well as a low level of social and legal protection. Among a significant part of medical service providers, in the structure of motivations, external motivations begin to gain weight, and internal motivations tend to weaken. Among professional motivations, the desire to avoid criticism from the head or colleagues, as well as the desire to avoid possible punishments, is of paramount importance.
