From the simulation results, it is concluded that the equivalent circuit model of the memristor has a memory function and has the basic characteristics of a memristor. The cutoff frequency of the filter circuit is obtained by replacing the resistor in a common filter circuit with an analog circuit of an amnesia resistor, and the AC small-signal scan of the transformed filter circuit is analyzed.
