The cutoff frequency of the filter circuit is obtained by replacing the resistor in a common filter circuit with an analog circuit of an amnesia resistor, and the AC small-signal scan of the transformed filter circuit is analyzed. 摘要

基于惠普遗忘电阻器,建立了等效电路模型,并进行了电路分析和仿真。仿真结果表明,该忆阻器等效电路模型具有记忆功能,并具有忆阻器的基本特性。用遗忘电阻模拟电路代替普通滤波电路中的电阻,得到滤波电路的截止频率,并对变换后的滤波电路进行交流小信号扫描分析。通过对不同输入信号的仿真分析,得出电路设计满足高通滤波电路的要求,具有良好的滤波效果。

Design of Memristor High-Pass Filter Circuit
