摘要

摘要本研究旨在探讨信息不对称、个人能力、组织承诺和控制点是否同时或部分影响萨里帕蒂·阿巴迪公司的预算松弛。本文的研究方法是采用定量研究的方法,样本总数为58人,其中管理人员2人,员工7人,生产员工49人。使用的数据类型是主要数据。本研究的假设检验采用简单线性回归、F检验和t检验。结果表明,信息不对称、个人能力、组织承诺、控制点同时对萨里帕蒂公司的预算松弛有显著影响。在回归分析中,信息不对称、个人能力、组织承诺和控制点对萨里帕蒂公司的预算松弛有显著的正向影响。
