摘要

需求响应作为一种需求侧管理方案,可以作为高峰时段供电的解决方案。本文提出了一种有效的需求响应方案,既能降低用户的账单成本和需求峰值,又能提高公用事业效益。根据使用不同的需求响应使用方法,可以得到不同的结果,既可以节省成本,也可以减少峰值。采用差分进化算法对需求响应法生成的结构进行优化。给出了所提出结构的仿真结果,并对这些结果进行了执行比较。
