摘要

为探索一种有效、可靠的芸苔属作物核型方法,利用基因组原位杂交(GISH)技术成功地对芸苔属植物进行了核型分析。采用digi -high prime mix kit标记甘蓝基因组DNA作为探针,以甘蓝基因组DNA作为阻断剂。在每对同源染色体上检测特异性荧光信号,根据信号特征明确鉴定出甘蓝的9对染色体。已经证明了一种实用而准确的方法来进行小染色体的核型。
