摘要

由于学术服务的质量会影响学生的满意度,因此需要对学术质量属性进行识别。运用因子分析法将其划分为若干因素,运用多元回归法对学业质量与学生满意度的关系进行建模。本研究使用的主要数据来自于对印尼大学本科生的问卷调查。结果显示影响学生满意度的因素有六个。然而,只有讲师提供学习材料的能力和教室和建筑的质量这两个因素是重要的。最重要的因素是讲师传授学习材料的能力。
