The comparative analysis is made by taking Villalva's iterative method and proposed trust-region-dogleg method. The accuracy of parameters calculation depends on tolerance band and initial conditions are tabulated. 摘要

本文比较了光伏组件参数提取的不同方法。在标准测试条件下,提出了一种提取串联电阻(Rs)、并联电阻(Rp)、二极管理想因数(a)、暗饱和电流(I0)、光生电流(Ipv)等5个参数的信任区域-多尔格方法。采用Villalva迭代法与提出的信任区域狗腿法进行了比较分析。采用Villalva迭代法提取两个参数Rs和Rp,采用信任区域狗腿法提取五个未知参数。参数计算的精度取决于公差范围和初始条件。并对不同温度和辐照度下PV组件的性能进行了预测。
