摘要

本文提出了一种基于超像素法的触摸阴道细菌分割方法。将特征融合与基于核的支持向量机(SVM)相结合,进行细菌分割。经过超像素分割后,根据定义的有效距离进一步分离接触细菌区域。最后对分离出的细菌进行计数,进行性能评价。实验结果表明,该方法取得了较好的分割效果。而且,与最先进的方法相比,也取得了更好的分割效果。
