In severe cold and cold region, high ventilation times and building orientation of 15° west of due north should be set. As for ground heat transfer coefficient, exterior window heat transfer coefficient, east west window wall ratio, for the two types of regions, they should be set in the middle of the level factor. 摘要

为了降低公共建筑的能耗,近零能耗公共建筑的研究成为一个热点问题,但其所处环境复杂,影响其能耗的因素很多。这导致在接近零能耗的公共建筑施工阶段,无法通过有效手段降低建筑能耗,造成不必要的能源浪费。因此,研究各种因素对公共建筑能耗的影响具有深远的意义。本文通过设计正交试验表,在DeST中建立典型建筑模型,选取9个影响因素,研究各因素对公共建筑能耗的影响,得出结论如下:西北寒区干旱地区公共建筑在实现近零能耗的过程中,应在《近零能耗建筑技术标准》规定的范围内尽量降低屋顶换热系数和外墙换热系数。在严寒寒冷地区,应设置高通风次数,建筑朝向为正北偏西15°。至于地面换热系数、外窗换热系数、东西窗墙比,对于这两类区域,应设置在水平因子的中间。在严寒地区,北窗壁比应设置为0.2,南窗壁比应设置为0.4,建筑朝向应设置为正北。
