摘要

如今,信息安全相关的培训对各种组织来说都是极其重要的。但是对于培训者来说,很难从培训中了解受训人员在信息安全领域的现有技能水平和期望。因此,决定每个级别的培训时间分配也成为培训师的一个难题。为了解决这一挑战,目前的工作提出了基于神经进化的算法。该算法也可用于在线培训或基于web服务/移动应用程序的培训。培训师需要在预训练时间内执行该算法,并根据执行结果调整或修改每个训练级别的训练内容和时间分配。

Neuroevolution for effective information security training
Information security related training is extremely important nowadays for various organizations.
