The manufacturers can only evaluate the usage status of capacitors during regular maintenance time because the UPS system needs to run for 24 hours. However, this method can only be checked once a few months and the UPS must be shut down. The proposed method in this paper is to analyze the current state of the capacitor in real time by measuring the characteristics of the circuit and prediction the remaining life of the capacitor. Avoid the impact on bad output quality of UPS to cause the output load fault.
