摘要

本文主要研究了刺梨挥发油的毒理学作用。采用水蒸气蒸馏法从叶中提取油。进一步评价了其对大肠埃希菌(MTCC-723)、肺炎克雷伯菌(MTCC No. 4032)、鼠伤寒沙门菌(MTCC-3231)和霍乱弧菌(MTCC-3906)的毒理学效果。精油对鼠伤寒沙门氏菌的毒理学作用最高。对肺炎克雷伯菌和大肠杆菌(MTCC-723)也有抑制作用。霍乱弧菌活性最低。因此,刺梨叶精油在开发环保、无毒、经济高效的抗菌中药制剂方面具有很大的潜力。
