Aiming at the problem of slow response of lifting, a control method based on fuzzy PID control strategy is proposed. This paper analyses the hydraulic system and structural characteristics of the maintenance vehicle lifting mechanism, constructs the mathematical model of the control object of the lifting mechanism, establishes the simulation model in the MATLAB/Simulink environment, and finally adds the fuzzy PID control method to the control model of the lifting mechanism, so that it can dynamically adjust the parameters of the controller. 摘要

本文以某维修车辆的升降机构为研究对象。针对升降系统响应缓慢的问题,提出了一种基于模糊PID控制策略的控制方法。本文分析了维修车辆升降机构的液压系统及结构特点,建立了升降机构控制对象的数学模型,并在MATLAB/Simulink环境下建立了仿真模型,最后在升降机构的控制模型中加入模糊PID控制方法,使其能够动态调节控制器的参数。结论表明,模糊PID控制有效地提高了升降机构的响应速度,缩短了响应时间,为维修车辆升降机构的控制提供了理论依据和参考。
