Meanwhile, the components are also ascertained from the viewpoints of students through the interview of excellent instructors' students. The results show that 14 items o f the total are also mentioned in the students interview, which includes honesty and integrity, communication skills, enthusiasm stimulation, etc. Therefore, it proves that the 14 items have direct influence on students and can be sensed by students.
