These changes require the implementation of digital technologies for the collection, analysis and communication of information, allowing timely decision making. This article deals with the implementation of a platform that includes both desktop, Web and mobile applications and Internet of things tools for the control of production and marketing in avocado orchards. The development of a prototype of the platform is described under agile methodologies and following an iterative and incremental strategy.
