Study on Physiological Data of Short Track Speed Skaters Based on Hypoxia Environment
In the preparation of short-track speed skating competition, the male and female athletes in the low-oxygen environment are the research objects. The Researchers will tracking blood The indicators( red blood cells, hemoglobin, red blood cell backlog, average red blood cell volume, reticulocytes) and functional indicators (blood pressure, vital capacity, morning pulse) in different three periods and analysing them. The three periods are the stage In the plain body pre-adaptation training, the plateau enhances the physical function training stage and the plain physical fitness training stage before the competition. The study find that plans are made in the period of the stage in the Plateau enhances the body function according to the rhythm of the load training and the training load items of various parts of the body are interspersed in the conditions of close monitoring training and avoid overtraining. On the basis of establishing a strong aerobic metabolism, the training method of the intensity of the heavy load and the improvement of the athlete's physical fitness are better, which confirms the feasibility of this method in the paper.
