The three periods are the stage In the plain body pre-adaptation training, the plateau enhances the physical function training stage and the plain physical fitness training stage before the competition. The study find that plans are made in the period of the stage in the Plateau enhances the body function according to the rhythm of the load training and the training load items of various parts of the body are interspersed in the conditions of close monitoring training and avoid overtraining.
