For the elderly, the television media is still a mainstream media presence in their vision and shoulders the irreplaceable function and responsibility. For TV industry, the new media has caused a massive loss of young and middle-aged audience, but elderly audiences continue to grow. 摘要

近年来,人口老龄化已成为一个严重的全球关注的各个领域。对于老年人来说,电视媒体仍然是他们视野中的主流媒体,肩负着不可替代的功能和责任。对于电视行业来说,新媒体造成了中青年观众的大量流失,但老年观众却在不断增长。在这一点上,如果电视台能够吸引老年观众,无论是从服务还是商业角度来看,都将是一个不错的选择。本研究以使用与满足理论为理论框架,采用内容分析法对中国大陆老年电视节目现状进行总结,并采用问卷调查法对老年观众的观看行为、观看需求和满意度进行调查。
