摘要

在旅游企业管理激励机制中,提出了基于大规模个性化定制模式整合的旅游企业管理激励机制(以下简称IMTEM)。并建立了一种大规模个性化定制模型,对企业的评价机制和现有的管理激励机制进行了综合分析。实验结果表明:大规模个性化定制模型定量指标的变化会使其非管理层激励机制缺陷逐渐退化。将其应用到实际情况中,还可以帮助企业在旅游企业管理的新环境中客观选择合适的企业管理激励机制,构建充分竞争的激励机制体系,具有重要的现实意义。
