And a kind of large scale personalized customization model is established to carry out comprehensive analysis of the evaluation mechanism and the existing management incentives. The experimental results show that: The change in the quantitative index of the large scale personalized customization model will make the non-management incentive mechanism defects in it gradually degrade.
