The transcendental characteristic equations of two remanent phaser configurations, valid for arbitrary range of remanent magnetization and permittivity of dielectric filling are derived in terms of Kummer and Tricomi confluent hypergeometric functions of pure imaginary argument, Bessel and Neumann functions. A tabulation of zeros of Kummer function is performed, useful for numerical computations.
