It can be concluded that the leadership and organizational culture have no significant effect on the students' SPIRIT character development. 摘要

本研究的长期目标是适应学生对讲师领导和组织文化对学生精神品格发展的影响的看法。本研究使用的方法是通过向受访者发放问卷,并对所获得的数据进行路径分析定量处理。结果表明,讲师的领导对学生的精神品质发展影响不显著,仅占12.1%,组织文化对学生精神品质发展的影响也不显著,仅占6.4%。由此可见,领导和组织文化对学生精神品格的发展没有显著影响。因此,加强领导文化和组织文化的建设,对学生的精神品格建设起到重要作用是十分必要的。
