The traditional calculating type of accounting can no longer meet the demand, which objectively requires the innovation and transformation of accounting talents training mode in colleges and universities. 摘要

中国已经进入了互联网社会,正在走向信息化时代,中国的会计行业也发生了很大的变化。传统的核算型会计已不能满足需求,客观上要求高校会计人才培养模式的创新与转变。因此,高校应创新人才培养模式,树立互联网会计思维,在人才培养过程中融入网络信息技术,构建涵盖大数据分析与管理信息系统的课程体系,利用中国大学慕课、智慧树、雨课堂等互联网教学平台,创新会计人才培养模式,运用大数据等新型教学方法,通过移动终端和云计算提升学生的学习兴趣,加强教师的理论教学和科研水平,突出社会实践能力,实现横向和纵向教学团队的有效整合,与政府部门、上市公司、会计师事务所、证券公司、姐妹高校等构建会计人才协同培养体系。
