It demonstrates that high reflection coefficient requires low collision frequency and high plasma density. If its density is overdensed, the scattering characteristics of nonmagnetized collisionless cold plasma and metal conductor are comparable. As an example, the parameters of a plasma sphere with required RCS is given.
