The purpose of this research is to design a Stand Alone -Based Land and Building Tax Information System. Sources of data in this study are primary data sources and secondary data sources. This type of research is qualitative while the data collection techniques in this study use three methods, namely, observation, interviews and library studies. The construction of a Stand Alone-Based Land and Building Tax Information System in this study uses Visual Basic.Net . The system development method used in this research is System Development. Life Cycle (SDLC), while The system testing technique in this study uses the Blackbox testing method. The system design in this study uses a use case diagrams, context diagrams, and data flow diagrams. With the existence of a Land and Building Tax Information System , it can improve the tax service process quickly and practically compared to the manual process , facilitate the process of recording taxpayer identity , able to obtain the desired taxpayer data quickly and easily. 摘要

本研究的问题在于,波都兰都村办事处的土地和建筑税服务仍然是手工或传统的,因此在存储数据或处理数据时需要大量的空间和时间,而且产生的报告也不准确。本研究的目的是设计一个独立的土地和建筑税收信息系统。本研究的数据来源分为主要数据来源和次要数据来源。这种类型的研究是定性的,而本研究的数据收集技术使用三种方法,即观察,访谈和图书馆研究。本研究使用Visual Basic构建了一个独立的土地和建筑税务信息系统。网本研究采用的系统开发方法是system development。生命周期(SDLC),而本研究的系统测试技术采用黑盒测试方法。本研究中的系统设计使用了用例图、上下文图和数据流图。土地与建筑税务信息系统的存在,相对于手工流程,可以快速、实用地完善税务服务流程,方便纳税人身份登记流程,能够快速、方便地获取所需的纳税人数据。协助制作税务报告,包括月度和年度报告。
