The topological structure of metasurface is designed and its different performances are invested by numerical simulation. The simulation demonstrates that the metasurface can realize polarization conversation at 5.93-6.41 GHz and reflection at 5.93-6.55GHz like a metal plate by switching PIN diodes state and radiate efficiently at 7.27- 7.56GHz and 8.16-8.51GHz.
