To equal the increasing number for those necessaries, the network becomes more complex and complicated, so it is difficult to manage the complex network. SDN is presented to facilitate the process of network control by separating control plane and data plane to optimize the performance of a network. In this paper, we will discuss about the migration of campus network (study case UPI) to SDN network. The main focus of this paper is about best controller placement by using POCO Algorithm that have MATLAB framework.
