摘要

研究了强化辊轧制过程中零件平面质量参数的形成,结果表明,对于每一个轧制力值,都有可实现的表面层质量指标。结果表明,经过三道次辊压后,质量指标值在强化件表面的分布趋于稳定,并趋于最小。得到了零件平面粗糙度参数值与原值和轧制方式的函数依赖关系,从而解决了一系列工艺问题。
