This research investigates Industry 5.0 indicators that are required to achieve sustainable reliability centered maintenance (RCM) for high-value equipment. The research work examines the feasibility of a correlation between sustainable indicators between operation and maintenance phases using fuzzy logic. The fuzzy approach is implemented to measure the impact of RCM technical indicators on sustainability.
