Through analysis of the current data binding framework, we present a data-centric XML binding framework in order to establish interfaces between relational databases and XML files. This framework solves the problems of generating large amounts of temporary Java code or producing complex XML schema files. The functions of marshalling and unmarshalling meditate the conversion between relational databases and XML files. In this model, objects and files are completely decoupled.
