Taking individual contact pair as the research object, the surface stress distribution is solved by multigrid method under the condition of elastohydrodynamic lubrication. The subsurface stress is solved by ANSYS. Based on the stress life model of Zaresky, the effects of the rough surface parameters, such as RMS(root mean square root), skewness, and kurtosis on relative fatigue life of the thin walled rotary table bearing are studied.
