In order to achieve the goal of advancing to the middle and high end of global value chain and \"dual carbon\", at the same time to achieve the win-win situation of global value chain embedded and carbon emission reduction, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to play the coupling and coordination role of the two. Based on the theory of coupling coordination, this paper constructs the evaluation index system of global value chain embedded and carbon emission reduction system, and analyzes the development status of global value chain embedded and carbon emission reduction in 21 sub-sector industries from 2005 to 2014. The results show that most industries are in the moderate coordination stage, and the lag of global value chain is the key factor restricting their coordinated development. Labor-intensive industries have the best coupling coordination degree, forming a situation of mutual promotion of development, followed by technologyintensive industries and labor-intensive industries. 摘要

全球价值链升级与碳减排是中国制造业面临的双重挑战。为实现向全球价值链中高端和“双碳”迈进的目标,同时实现全球价值链嵌入与碳减排的双赢,发挥两者的耦合协调作用具有重要的理论和现实意义。基于耦合协调理论,构建了全球价值链嵌入与碳减排体系评价指标体系,分析了2005 - 2014年全球价值链嵌入与碳减排在21个子行业的发展现状。结果表明,大部分产业处于适度协调阶段,全球价值链的滞后是制约其协调发展的关键因素。劳动密集型产业的耦合协调程度最好,形成了相互促进发展的局面,其次是技术密集型产业和劳动密集型产业。因此,提高绿色技术水平,突破技术封锁,提升中国产业在全球价值链中的地位,有利于两者之间形成良性互动。
