The air flow rate is measured and controlled by a controller system based on Programable Logic Controller S7-1500 and the average velocity was measured with the Annubar device inside the test section. 摘要
风洞是进行车辆、飞机等原型机气动试验最常用的系统,以防止工程失败。在这类系统中,动态压力测量一直是一个挑战。为此,本文提出开发一种全嵌入式智能系统控制的风洞,以实现动态压力测量。采用基于可编程控制器S7-1500的控制系统对空气流速进行测量和控制,并用试验段内的Annubar装置对平均流速进行测量。本系统采集的数据存储在基于SQL Server Express的数据库中,便于实时监控和历史分析。
