摘要

本文提出了一种新的基于双置换的透明转码加密策略。首先将原始图像按一定大小划分为若干个宏块,并对宏块行顺序进行重新排序;然后,按行排列宏块。理论分析和实验结果表明,本文提出的策略对转码透明、安全、计算复杂度低。对压实比影响不大。上述特性使得该策略适合作为图像传输的加密方法。
