So it is necessary to have frequency automatic tracking device in the power ultrasonic supply. Traditional frequency automatic tracking devices have disadvantages of small tracking range, great error and so on. This paper introduces a new kind of power ultrasonic supply based on MCU. It will introduce the design of wave generator, power amplifier and matching network in detail.
