摘要
本文提出了一种基于硅基集成无源器件工艺实现的微型宽带六端口网络。通过使用基于桥接t型线圈的功率分配器和正交混合耦合器设计,实现了非常紧凑的电路尺寸。具体而言,所提出的2 GHz六端口网络具有10db输入回波损耗带宽为74.8%的特点,芯片尺寸非常紧凑,为8 mm × 8 mm,在2 GHz时仅为0.053λ0 × 0.053λ0左右。它可以帮助将六端口技术引入手持移动应用程序。
