Though POGIL has been developed and validated extensively over the last 15 years in the US, it is quite new in the Indian scenario and in Engineering and Management education. The authors share the process steps followed in introducing POGIL in the classroom and highlight the changes that they observed in the students and the teachers after introducing POGIL. The authors observed increased classroom interaction and improved grades in students.
